Elder Care Provider Wanted - Long Term
My mother is living with one of my sisters in the Rochester area.
She suffers from vascular dementia and can be somewhat ornery and difficult.
She needs assistance with some ADLs and with taking her meds (getting her to take then can be a challenge).
We have had limited success with some agencies and are trying to find someone who is available long-term including the possibility of live-in.
Of course, it all presupposes that my mother actually decides she likes someone.
I actually live in Boston and my other sister lives in Philadelphia.
We are each trying to help our Rochester based sister with this search.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
