Full time, contractM-F schedule daysPerforms the processing of all new and pending returned items for the productsResearches and resolves product and service issues from the field and clientsEvaluates client status to determine the appropriate serviceEnsures adherence to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act NACHA and other regulatory agenciesDevelops and maintains knowledge of all product offeringsMaintains a high level of customer service and client retentionHigh School diplomaExperience in customer service, finance accounting, or payroll preferredMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Access knowledge is preferredStrong customer service skillsUS citizen or permanent resident statusSuccessful completion of a drug screen and background checkHigh School diplomaExperience in customer service, finance accounting, or payroll preferredMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Access knowledge is preferredStrong customer service skillsUS citizen or permanent resident statusSuccessful completion of a drug screen and background checkAbout the Company:
